My Instagram account is a mix of mental health moaning, lowlife wankery, and details of art gallery visits. I see myself as taking people on a journey – or for a ride, depending on how you look at it.

On Twitter there are people who think they should be running the country, who would launch nuclear weapons if you question their retweet policy. I do my best to avoid them. Instead I talk to fellow mentals and misfits. As is almost always the case anywhere in the world, the mentals and misfits on Twitter are some of the sweetest people you could want to meet.

Response times

Comments appear immediately on this site, but you may not get a reply for a while. The same on social media. I almost always reply to comments, messages and tweets, but sometimes not for days, or even weeks. Ditto email. I’m mental and I’ve only got the one O level (Geography, Grade C).
